In the golden autumn of September, a delegation of technical key personnel from Capchem Poland arrived at the Shenzhen headquarters for a week-long cultural and technical exchange. The activities focused on technology sharing, management best practices, and cultural integration, deepening mutual expertise in core areas such as safety-environmental protection and production operations, further consolidating the foundation of Capchem's international strategy.

Headquarters Visit and Exchange: In-depth Dialogue, Building Consensus

On the first day, the Capchem Poland team visited the headquarters' exhibition hall, research institute, laboratory, and office areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation mode of the laboratory and R&D projects and the development path of Capchem from domestic innovation to international layout. During the executive meeting, both sides exchanged views on practical issues such as resource coordination and cultural differences, further clarified priorities, and developed actionable solutions for specific challenges.

Base Learning and Practice: Experience Sharing, Practical Exercise

The Capchem Poland team went to the Huizhou production base for four days of on-site learning and exchange in five core modules: EHS, production, quality control, engineering, and materials. Through production line observation and case review, both sides focused on specific issues and solutions in the standardized process. The team said that the experience of Huizhou base in risk control and energy consumption management is of great reference value and replicability. They will gradually implement it according to the actual situation of the Capchem Poland factory.
