Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd. Plant 1 Has Successfully Completed Order Delivery

Recently, Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd., a core member of Capchem, has reached a key milestone – its Plant 1 has successfully completed order delivery. It has become the first plant among Chinese electrolyte manufacturers to achieve order delivery in Southeast Asia, marking the substantial implementation of Capchem's internationalization strategy in Southeast Asia and enabling the provision of more agile customized electrolyte solutions for customers in the region. Meanwhile, Plant 2 is also set to kick off full-scale construction.

Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd. is located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park in Kedah. In February 2025, Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd. was officially registered and established, kicking off Capchem's in-depth cultivation of the Southeast Asian market. In April 2025, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Invest Kedah Berhad. Supported by Invest Kedah Berhad's strong commitment to Capchem's internationalization strategy, the project implementation has been accelerated, greatly promoting the in-depth integration of technology, production capacity and localized operations.

Since the groundbreaking of Plant 1 in Malaysia, Capchem has leveraged its outstanding project management process system to ensure the parallel advancement and seamless connection of multiple complex tasks, including facility renovation, equipment procurement, production line construction, and approval formalities. Meanwhile, relying on its mature engineering technology system, it has guaranteed the success of equipment design and production collaboration, as well as production line commissioning and certification, all achieved in one go. From preparation to production, the entire process took only five months. With this, Capchem’s Southeast Asia overseas plant successfully achieved the leap from "zero to one" and smoothly completed the first batch of deliveries—fully demonstrating Capchem’s steady technical strength and efficient operational capabilities in its overseas production capacity layout.

As Novolyte Technology Sdn. Bhd. completes the delivery of its Plant 1, its Plant 2 is also set to kick off full-scale construction. The preparatory work is being carried out in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent release of production capacity.
